We have 2 little fishes at our house! We survived our first intense week of swim lessons with 1 more week to go! Drew sat on the side of the pool on day 2 (much progress) and on day 3 with bribbery from Daddy he participated the entire session, smiled and looked to enjoy it! He would tell Maw Maw that he didn't want to go it with the instructors, but he cooperated! We told him if he did his swimming lessons he could play tennis with Daddy tonight- it must have worked! After swimming lessons, we swam for another couple hours with some of our neighbors and headed home! Drew showed off everything he had learned and even started to put his head under water and blow bubbles. Blake loves to blow bubbles, go under water, jump off the edge and swim on the kick board. It was a great way to end to week...hopefully it'll work on Monday!
We are going on the lake this weekend...I wonder if Drew will get in the lake! I know Blake will, they are already talking about the boat ride!!
