The Rascals Game
We went to the last game of the Rascals season with Aunt Jill & Mike. They had a blast walking up to the wall and watching the players up close and running around on the grassy area. It was a beautiful night and everyone was having a great time. They loved to wear their foam dog bone hats Aunt Jill & Mike got them! As we were wrapping up and just about the leave, a foul ball came over about 100 feet away from us on the grassy area and hit a little boy right above his eye! It was a horrific scene! The ambulance came at the gate behind where we were sitting and we could hear the crying and panic from the crowd. It put a damper on the crowd as we left the game. Luckily, we saw him on the news about a month after, he was almost fully recovered! We were so glad to see a happy ending to a very scary event!
