Kids say the "darndest things"...I'm not quite sure where they come up with them!? Between the two of them we get some pretty funny conversations around here!
"You leave mommy, you go girl!" (one of my least favs...aren't they too little to tell me to leave a room)
"No, I can't my hands are full" (Blake at the grocery store when I asked him to hold something)
"Bella Boo, is my girl...she's so cute!" Blake
"Oh, that is soooo cute" Blake
"Shake, shake, shake, shake your bootie"-BOTH
"Hold on, I have to go get something" Drew- with his finger in the air nonetheless
"What time is it?" Drew- from the minute he wakes up- likes to keep track of the day
"I get this present when I go poo poo on the potty"- Drew
"Mommy made me try a tomatoe last night"- Drew (he didn't like them at all, but he tried:))
"Let's watch one more Diego" or "Hold on, after this"- BOTH
"I want to go talk to the girls"- Blake (the flirt)
"Hi-ya...I kick you"- Drew (we are thinking of enrolling them in karate this fall...he's go the hi-ya down)
"You a stinky poo"
"What are you doing"
"I want to play Mommy's new phone"
"R" Mommy Rachel...Daddy Kyle"
"I want to see Bella's picture, she's my girl"
"Mommy paint this room soon"
"I need to go to the doctor so he can fix my ear." Drew-while opening his mouth and closing his eyes
"I love chicken, it's my favorite." Blake
"I go poop, then tomorrow I go at Maw Maw's and show Gidget. Now, I tell Blake."
"I want my friends to come over, Leah, Evan & Peyton." "Let's have another party."- The LOVE to entertain and throw parties!! Just like Mommy & Daddy!
They love to count in Spanish and tonight they were laying on the floor (slumber party) counting each others fingers in English and in Spanish!
Just to name a few that came to my head...
They are always trying to compromise and debate, the "why" questions have started and they constantly keep you on your toes! Each stage we say "this is a fun age"....although each stage has really been more fun than the last. They are little people with a lot to say! Whew!!
They are starting preschool in the fall....they tell me they want to start today! We are excited to see how they will grow and make friends!
