Blake buried himself- only his ear is visible!
Up to my waist in leaves- cool!
We went to the Lake this weekend for some R & R. The boys were pleasantly surprised to find a huge leaf pit on our deck! While Daddy swept the leaves off of our deck, they had a blast kicking, throwing, playing, laying, and being buried in the mound of leaves! It was a great way to burn some energy! Another great way to burn some energy is to climb all over the furniture at the Lakehouse! The boys aren't really "climbers", but it's a new skill they love to practice! I wish I had a hidden camera- at many times Drew had climbed over the coffee table we use to block the stairs, so he was on his way up the stairs, while Blake was hugging and kissing Tuffy- if you were along at one of these moments you weren't quite sure which direction to go! Blake also started to ask, "Why?" when we give him a direction. (Does this really start at this age!?) With a few lines of "Because Mommy/Daddy said so" he did what he was told and didn't ask too many more times! We had such a great weekend enjoying the weather and family time! Too bad it always goes by soooo fast!
