The boys got to experience their first petting zoo a couple of weeks ago at the Family Fun day at the Renaud Center. They had face paintings, a bounce house, a fire engine, Fredbird and tons of activities for kiddos. The boys loved the petting zoo! Kyle thought it'd be great if we got a pic with Fredbird...too bad the boys didn't know what to think of him and both started screaming! I might of too if a huge red bird was hovering over my wagon! We can't wait until we take them to the zoo, hopefully Fredbird won't be there!
After we played at the petting zoo, we went to lunch. Pretty uneventful until someone asked us how far apart in age they were. Kyle replied, "They are twins." She then thought that Blake was older because he has more hair. Does that really make you look at least 9 months older?? Blake's hair is getting curlier and cutier each day! Drew's hair is just as cute, but it's straight as an arrow! He's getting more hair, it is nicely shaped to his head- no bed head for him!

That sure looked like fun and it was close to home. Can't beat that! I did't hear anything about that event. Was it a group thing or was it open to the public? Next time you know of soemthing neat like that going on, will ya let me know? We're always looking for new fun things like that to take the girls to.
Kaitlyn was the same way with Fredbird, she was terrified for about 2 1/2 years, now she loves to see him at the Cards games and where ever he makes appearences, but she still likes to keep her distance.
Next time someone asks Kyle how far apart in age they are he should say something like 6 months. haha The boys do look different from one another, but not 9 months apart!
